i had a day date with ashley on saturday. we started early at the farmers market, stopping at shops and museums. lots of good food, drinks and conversation. she's one smart and funny lady. we continued into the night and headed down to the willie street fair - i may or may not have sung a little karaoke... [sam, how come we've never done that together? soon.] how was your weekend?

kellie and i walked around madison's east side last week; talking and snapping photos along the way.
it's so lovely to have a companion on photo adventures.
i also believe kellie should be a model; that smile!

a couple weekends ago, my sister picked me up and the two of us (along with our bikes) drove
over to milwaukee to hang out with our one and only brother.

it was such a blast. good eats at alterra, classic slice and comet cafe.
lots of bike riding and music playing.

lots of laughing.

we also went to sky high gallery, but i'll post more on that adventure soon.

nashville

the anna lee crew headed down to nashville for new years. it was a much needed escape from our city. what a beautiful place. i want to go back in the spring when all the trees are in bloom.
