merry and oh so bright

we've survived the blizzard. we survived the end of the world.

we survived with burritos, gift making, "rescue me" on netflix, twiskeys (tea and whiskey) and love.

this winter has been anything but ordinary.
changes are occurring, the snow falls and melts away quickly.
i am making a pact with myself,
                   to never let the snow stay just because it's beautiful.
there are so many flakes in the sky, i want to feel them all
                              but don't freeze the first one who falls
