i'm completely in love with the madison children's museum.

i could list all the reasons i love it, but i won't. instead, i'll send you over to my pal anda's blog for a wedding she shot there this fall. my friend sarah, who just started a new job at the museum, helped plan this wedding. so cool.

looking back over the photos from melissa's wedding has been emotional. she and i have known each other our whole lives and i'm proud to be a witness to all the places her life is taking her.

such a great time, playing around in the gardens, my tattooed lion of a brother snapping photos of flowers for tattoo inspiration and dancing to neil diamond with my mother and all my cousins.

we ended the night on the beach, sending paper lanterns into the sky.
