it's not the easiest spot to find, but that's what makes it even better. eagle heights community garden is tucked between picnic point and rows of UW apartments and is incredible to see.
it's website says that when they last counted, the collective of gardeners speak over 60 different languages. now that's a community.
i've taken up a little personal project, to photograph the garden as much as i can over the spring, summer and fall to see the progress over time. i'll keep you updated.
